Thk ra series slim type crossed roller bearings are designed to provide high rotational accuracy and rigidity while maintaining a compact and lightweight structure. These bearings feature crossed roller arrangements, where cylindrical rollers are positioned at right angles to each other in an alternating pattern between the inner and outer rings. This unique design enables the RA Series to withstand loads from all directions, including radial, axial, and moment loads, making them ideal for applications requiring high precision and space efficiency.
LYNBC Crossed Roller Bearings RA series ( THK corresponding to RA series, IKO corresponding to CRBS series), be subject to be separable outer ring type for inner ring rotation, these bearings are slim bearings having a small outside diameter, in comparison with the bore diameter, and a narrow width. The type with cage and the type with separator provide smooth rotation and suitable for applications where rotational speed is comparatively high. Both THK RA series and IKO CRBS series ,which is Slim type crossed roller bearings .
The THK RA be featured with no seal, seal attached on both ends and seal attached on either end. And the IKO CRBS defined by CRBS (open type, with cage); CRBS···V (open type, with full complement); CRBS···AUU(sealed type, with separator); CRBS···VUU(sealed type, with full complement).
